School is back in session! It’s time for you to register for Acquisition Gateway University – Winter Session. Open only to federal employees, “Gateway U” is a two week series of special demonstrations and webinars on how to best navigate and use the resources found on GSA’s Acquisition Gateway.  Be sure to register today as daily Gateway U webinars begin on January 23 and run through February 3.

Gateway U classes will walk federal acquisition professionals through deep dives into specific category hallways, such as Industrial Products and Services, as well as Transportation and Logistics Services. Demos will be held on popular tools such as the Prices Paid Portal, Project Center, Document Library and more. And, new sessions will focus on a “day in the life” of Contracting Officers and Program Managers, using the Gateway. All the while,  you’ll earn CLP’s for fully attending classes that help you learn how the Acquisition Gateway makes market research, acquisition planning, and peer collaboration easier.

So, if you’re looking for more information about any of the features listed above, deep dives category hallways, or just tips on how best to search for content, check out the event catalog for the Gateway U schedule and to register. Remember to also sign up for the FAI category-management demo on January 23.

The Acquisition Gateway helps the federal acquisition workforce from all agencies act as one acquisition community. Inside the Gateway, users can find unbiased comparisons of government-wide acquisition solutions, connect with other acquisition professionals, and explore product and service category “hallways.” Hallways feature resources and tools that help acquisition pros achieve successful outcomes at each step of the acquisition lifecycle.

Please register on max.gov and log into the Acquisition Gateway before the series of events so you can follow along during the scheduled demos. This Youtube video shows how.
