Context: Open Opps is adding support for the White House’s Presidential Innovation Fellows. This project is part of the Innovation Toolkit [http://www.whitehouse.gov/innovationfellows/innovation-toolkit], and will support the platform being developed for the Dept of State to be used by other agencies.
