Tapas: The Open Opportunities team is looking for someone to oversee the development of a video to help task creators write good tasks to post on the platform.
One of the things we’ve learned is that creating good tasks is difficult for many people. “Chunking” work into simple and manageable tasks with concrete deliverables is a culture shift requiring people to change the way they look at work.
During the pilot we collected lessons and tips as to what makes a good task. Now, we need someone to oversee the development of a video that will provide clear direction to task creators.
If needed, you will have support from our office videographer who can help with story boarding, filming and editing.
