Tapas: The Open Opportunities team is planning their second Tapathon for early 2015 and is looking for someone to help us keep things organized during the event. The Tapathon is a chance for the entire Open Opportunities community to get together for an afternoon of networking, completing tapas tasks and fun.
Our first Tapathon which was held in September 2013 was a great success. As our event coordinator for the day you will work with the Open Opportunities core team to:

Oversee logistics

Coordinate event activities (e.g. get to know you games, refreshments)
- Ensure the day of the event runs smoothly
Duration: 4-8 hours (Tapathon will last approximately 3 hours with an hour or two prep)
Deadline: Event to be held in early 2015
