Meet Intergovernmental and Interagency Collaboration and Community Outreach Manager (LOB3) Tamekia Taylor
A former science and mathematics teacher in the Muskegon Heights Public School District, MI, Tamekia is currently a Public Health Analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Ms. Taylor began her career at the CDC as an HHS Emerging Leader intern in 2006, in the Office of Health and Safety. During which time she worked as a safety training administrator; developing, monitoring, and evaluating safety training for CDC staff domestically and internationally. Tamekia now serves as the lead in Strategic Planning and performance management for the Office Safety Security and Asset Management.
