Who We Are

We are a program management office (PMO), a government entity within the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) that operates a government-owned software solution (eCPIC) for other government entities. We are what is known as a federal shared service, and we enable government agencies to effectively mature their investment management strategies and achieve agency mission goals and objectives by automating their capital planning and portfolio management processes. GSA has managed the eCPIC federal shared service since 2009 and currently 18 agencies are members of the community. We look forward to the journey of building and delivering you the new Folio application, and our team hopes you enjoy following along that journey with us through this blog.  If you have any questions or would like to contact us, please feel free to email us at ecpic.pmo@gsa.gov.
